  • Purchases are subject to the availability of goods and our acceptance of your order.


3. Purchases

6. Order and Delivery Procedure


Order Placement


  • Orders can only be placed online for the items displayed on the Service.


Order Confirmation


  • Upon order placement, an acknowledgment email will be sent with tracking details.
  • Final order acceptance occurs only after dispatch of goods.


Payment


  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders in LBP, the market exchange rate at the time of delivery will apply.


Delivery


  • Delivery is available to physical addresses only (no PO boxes).
  • A delivery fee will be added to your order.
  • Once delivered, responsibility for the goods transfers to you. A signature is required upon receipt.




7. Refunds or Exchanges


  • All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the goods.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer or for lost or stolen packages once delivered.


8. Intellectual Property


  • All material on the Service, including but not limited to logos, images, trademarks, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized reproduction or use of this material is prohibited.


9. Limitations of Liability


  • The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied.
