Placing an order is simple:

1. Browse our beer selection.

2. Select the beer and quantity you'd like to purchase.

3. Add the items to your cart.

4. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.

5. Confirm your order.

We only accept Cash on Delivery payment option. 

Delivery fees vary depending on your location. During the checkout process, the delivery fee will be calculated based on your address. We deliver with Aramex. 

There is no minimum order requirement. However, please note that customers cannot exceed two cases per order. This policy helps us ensure prompt delivery and availability for all our customers.

There is also a maximum order requirement of 4 packs per order.  

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a tracking link form Aramex. You can use this link to monitor your order’s status in real-time.

You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, we may have already processed your order, making changes or cancellations difficult. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please share with our customer support your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement.

Currently, we only deliver within Lebanon. We are working on expanding our delivery network, so stay tuned for updates.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve it.
